CASA MARGA

Driven by the ethos 'The House as a Principle', Casa Marga is a real estate development of 55 houses in Tarragona, Spain, designed to create healthier and more sustainable living spaces that foster a connection with nature. Spaces that not only meets the residents’ needs, but also reflects their values.

  • As a Co-Founder and Project Manager of Casa Marga, Sergi developed the concept of sustainable housing, spearheading the branding while crafting a compelling narrative for the project. He coordinated teams of architects, visual artists, and financial experts and led marketing strategies to launch campaigns. Additionally, he conducted site visits with potential buyers, supervised construction progress, handled permit applications, and led the entire sales process, including contract negotiations and mortgage arrangements. He also carried out market research and developed a detailed business plan for the project.

FERNWEH 

In the quiet heart of the Delta del Ebro, Fernweh crafts experiences that are both serene and transformative. From drifting among the clouds in a hot air balloon to intimate nature-inspired dining and yoga retreats, each journey invites a deeper connection to nature.

  • As the founder of Fernweh, Sergi set out to offer experiences that had never been seen before in the natural park of the Delta del Ebro. Driven by a vision to reveal the region’s beauty in entirely new ways, he pioneered ideas like hot air balloon flights—a first for the Delta—that allowed visitors to see the landscape from breathtaking perspectives. He brought this vision to life through branding, storytelling, and compelling visuals that captured the magic and mysticism of the Delta. Each experience, from balloon rides to nature-inspired dining and yoga retreats, was designed to create lasting memories for those seeking something extraordinary.

    He produced and curated a collection of photos and videos that showcased the unique beauty of each adventure, growing Fernweh’s presence organically and letting the experiences speak for themselves. Alongside content creation and branding, he managed all customer communication, bookings, and coordinated every detail. Today, his original vision continues, with Fernweh offering these memorable experiences that connect humans to nature in ways they’ll never forget.

    One year after founding Fernweh, in 2018, Sergi was honored with an entrepreneurship award from the Tortosa Chamber of Commerce, recognizing his pioneering spirit and dedication to innovative tourism.
